EXPI Athletics is a testing and planning shop in Ontario, California. An athlete comes in, runs a Proteus wave, and leaves with analysis they can read and a 12-week block on their phone calendar.
That is the product. It is not a drip of private lessons.
Two corners, one goal
Proteus tells us what the body can produce, and how fast that force arrives. TrackMan will tell us what the ball actually did, scored against a rule we wrote down before the files arrived. The goal is Swing Damage: more balls hit hard, at the right angle.
The gym-to-ball arrow is the question we are testing, not a claim we have already proved. We do not invent TrackMan numbers. If a session is not on file, it is not on this site.
How a wave works
We fill a garage session. Goal is ten athletes; five is the minimum to run. After the wave: an HTML report and a 12-week calendar. Coaches and teams come first. Group and team rates exist for a full wave.
The address is 3602 S Dulisse Ave, Ontario, CA 91761. Questions go to (323) 712-5197.
What this blog will do
We will write down how the work is scored, how a block is built, and what we will not claim. If a post needs a number, the number has a source. If it does not, we leave the number out.
